Delivery and Return Policy

Delivery

Your order will be shipped in 5–7 business days.

A postal mailing address is required. Out-of-stock items will ship once the item is back in stock, typically, an additional 10 business days.

Costs for Domestic CA Shipping

Domestic shipping charge is 17% of post-discount subtotal.

Minimum: $8.95

Maximum: $75.00

Costs for International Shipping

International shipping charge is 20% of post-discount subtotal.

Minimum: $20

Maximum: No limit

Item Availability Information

Clearance Items

Please note that the availability of clearance items is not guaranteed. If an item included in your order is found to be out of stock when your order is processed, the item(s) will be removed from your order, and you will be refunded within 7 working days.

Backorder and Preorder Items

Backordered items will not ship until all items are in stock.

Orders including preorder items will ship according to your selected shipping method. The preorder items will ship separately when they arrive at the warehouse at no additional charge to you.

Returns

If an item is received damaged or defective or is otherwise unsuitable, it may be returned for exchange/credit (or refund). This does not apply to subscription products, clearance products, and digital products. Please contact customer service to make a claim.

Returns must be unmarked and in saleable condition (excludes items received defective or damaged). If an item is defective or damaged, we will supply you a replacement item free of charge. For items otherwise unsuitable, postage on returns will be prepaid at returner’s expense.

Unless otherwise stated, products may be returned within 90 days from the invoice date. See additional VBS guidelines below.

Enclose a copy of the invoice and the return authorization provided by customer service. For your protection, you may wish to send your return via insured parcel post.

If an exchange/credit is not suitable, refunds are made by check/cheque or in case of credit card payments, by crediting your card. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, (unless we shipped something to you by mistake, in which case we will credit/refund standard postage rates).

Cancellation Policy

In order to provide quick and accurate service, our order process is automated. We are unable to cancel or make changes to orders once completed. Please ensure that your order is accurate before clicking “Complete.”

Vacation Bible School (VBS) Returns

Due to the nature of Vacation Bible School products, some of our VBS materials may not be returned for credit.

Please note these additional stipulations for certain VBS items:

  1. Scene Setters – non-returnable
  2. T-shirts – returns cannot exceed 10% of total T-shirt order
  3. Music and other media resources – must be unopened.
  4. Products sold in “package” quantities – must be returned as a complete package, with unopened cellophane.
  5. Products sold as a “kit” – must be returned as a “kit.” (Please refer to your original invoice.)
  6. All VBS returns must be postmarked by August 31.
  7. Resellers only – Refunds for returns limited to 10% of your total order for the current VBS year.

Answers Bible Curriculum (ABC Sunday school curriculum) Returns

  1. Flipcharts – non-returnable
  2. Posters – non-returnable
  3. Qualified items must be returned within 90 days of original purchase.
  4. Kits must be returned as kits. No credit will be given for individual items if purchased as part of a “kit.” (Please refer to the invoice and/or ABC website for kit components.)
