This historical fiction chapter book tells the account of the tower of Babel from the perspective of three kids living in the post-flood city. It shows why Noah’s descendants stayed together to build a tower, what it was like to live in that unique time period, and why God judged the people.

Jered, Nephti, and Damian are three friends living over one hundred years after the global flood recorded in Genesis. Each of their families has a different role in their city as their people work together to build a tower and make a name for themselves. Jered’s family are shepherds and historians. Damian’s family fishes and explores the river. Nephti’s father is the chief designer of the tower.
